Permission to participate, yet hold harmless

I, the parent/guardian of the student named below, hereby give my permission for my  son/daughter to participate in The New Ag School’s Think Outside Program, including the  course materials, trips (if any), and other activities. I understand that my child may be transported to and from The New Ag School to other places for scheduled field trips and other activities.
